1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Instacool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content
Authors retain full ownership of content they publish on Instacool. By posting, you grant Instacool a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Spam, automated scraping, and abuse of the API are also prohibited.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Instacool is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
